Do you take insurance?

I am currently paneled with First Choice Health Network, Premera and Lyra.

Do you offer Telehealth?

Yes, I have training certificates for the practice of telehealth and if you are located anywhere in the state of Washington I can provide you with telementalhealth services.

DO you offer sliding scale services?

In order to provide a sliding scale fee I must have a certain portion of clients who pay at the normal rate and then will offer limited openings for sliding scale services. At this time I offer one client spot for an Open Path Psychotherapy Collective client. Feel free to inquire about availability.
 

Do you speak Spanish?

No, not fluently. However, I was raised in a house with two fluent parents and the majority of my family speaks Spanish as well, so my familiarity to the Spanish language and idioms or diches is at a decent level but there are limitations to my ability to understand the language and speak it fluently. I do encourage my clients to speak Spanish or whatever their first language is in session initially, even if I have limited understanding to help process the emotion that sometimes does not easily translate into English or takes a few moments of thought to translate.
 

What kind of psychotherapy services do you provide and what is your rate?

I currently provide individual therapy and charge $200 for 50-60 minute sessions. Group therapy ranges from $20-60 per session, per person. I will be providing couples therapy in the future, notice of offerings will be posted on this website.
 

do you treat children? or provide family therapy?

Currently, I only provided services to adults 18 years old or older. I do not provide family therapy. Family members may sporadically join in during a session to support my client’s therapeutic work but the focus will remain on the individual client.

How Do I RSVP for Group/Workshop?

I want to make sure to provide a safe space, so for those who are not sure of fit please reach out and make contact with me. The Eventbrite link (found on workshop page) is available for registration.

At that time of registration you can chose which level of payment that work within your resources. I have listed $50 for those who have abundant financial capital, $30 for adequate financial capital, and $20 for limited financial capital.

Returning participants can register for multiple circles.

What are your consultation rates?

I generally charge an hourly rate for workshops and presentations, plus prep time. For students, non-profit, or community organizations serving BIPOC folks the rate my be negotiated with budgets. Organizational consulting contracts are based on hourly rate and work hours.
